Phil’s family has proudly served this country for three generations—a legacy of honour, courage, and service that runs deep. ANZAC Day is a powerful reminder of what that service means, not just to his family, but to all Australians.

Phil also sends a heartfelt thank you to his fellow soldiers from 101 Medium Battery, part of the 8/12 Medium Regiment, Royal Australian Artillery Corps, based in Darwin. The mateship, strength, and sacrifices shared in service are bonds that last a lifetime.
