The Shannons Southern Coffee Cruise in Eaton, near Bunbury, WA, is a popular monthly car meet featuring classic cars, tough street machines, American muscle and custom builds.

Aussie Garage headed south to check out the latest gathering and the huge variety of vehicles on display, while the event also helped support Variety WA.

Classic Holdens, Fords and Muscle Cars

There was something for almost every motoring enthusiast.

Highlights included blown and turbocharged VS Commodores, a tough VK Commodore, classic Ford Falcons, an XC Falcon, Holden and Ford panel vans and several Mustang GTs.

We also spotted a Pontiac Trans Am, Holden HD Premier, Willys Jeep and a big-block 454-powered classic.

Some of the more unusual builds featured custom engine conversions, including supercharged V6-powered cars.

A Great Bunbury Car Meet

Shannons Southern Coffee Cruise regularly attracts enthusiasts from Bunbury, Eaton and across South West WA.

The mix of classic, modified, European, Japanese and American vehicles means there’s always something different to see.

Best of all, the event brings the local automotive community together while helping raise funds for Variety WA.

Welcome back to Part 2 of our coverage from Waroona All Australian Car Day 2026, one of Western Australia’s biggest car shows.

With more than 500 vehicles on display, the event featured everything from classic Holdens and Fords to hot rods, Cobras, panel vans, street machines, customs and vintage classics.

One of the highlights of this episode is a stunning Cobra replica powered by a Dart 363 stroker V8 and six-speed transmission. We also check out some incredible Monaros, Falcons, Escorts, award-winning show cars and a range of unique automotive builds from around WA.

Along the way you’ll see Variety Bash vehicles, speedway race cars, the latest additions to the Sundowner van collection and some beautifully restored classics that showcase the passion of the Australian car community.

Waroona once again delivered a fantastic day for enthusiasts, families and car clubs, with hundreds of amazing vehicles filling the grounds from end to end.

A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers, sponsors, car clubs and entrants who helped make this incredible event possible.

Aussie Garage Heads South to Waroona

In this latest episode of Aussie Garage, we head down to one of WA’s favourite automotive events to check out the amazing cars, meet passionate owners and experience the atmosphere that makes the WA car scene so special.

From the moment you entered the gates, the Waroona Showgrounds were packed with incredible vehicles, friendly people and nonstop automotive action.

Whether you love restored classics, tough street machines or unique custom builds, there was something for every car enthusiast to enjoy.

Classic Aussie Muscle Cars Steal the Show

One of the biggest highlights of All Australian Car Day 2026 was the massive range of classic Aussie muscle cars on display.

Visitors got to see beautifully presented:

• Holden Monaros
• Ford Falcons
• Holden Toranas
• Chrysler Valiants
• Classic Holden cruisers
• Vintage Australian classics

Many of the cars featured detailed restorations, polished engine bays and serious attention to detail. Owners proudly shared the stories behind their builds, making the event even more enjoyable for spectators.

Tough Street Machines and Custom Builds

Alongside the classics were some seriously tough street machines and custom builds that attracted huge crowds all day long.

There were blown engines, massive wheels, immaculate paintwork and custom fabrication everywhere you looked. From custom panel vans to modified utes and pro street builds, the quality of the cars on display was outstanding.

The event showcased the creativity and passion that continues to keep the Western Australian car scene thriving.

Hot Rods, Vintage Cars and American Muscle

The variety of vehicles on display was one of the best parts of the event.

Hot rods, vintage vehicles and American muscle cars added even more excitement to the showgrounds, giving visitors the chance to experience everything from old-school classics to high-horsepower V8 builds.

It was the perfect mix of Australian motoring history and modern car culture.

A Great Day for the Whole Family

All Australian Car Day 2026 was more than just a car show. The event also featured:

• Live entertainment
