A few years ago, we had the pleasure of interviewing Graeme at the Mid West Show n Shine in Dongara, WA. He proudly showcased his meticulously restored 1953 Morris Minor Panel Van, finished in an eye-catching Sting Red. The van was not just a piece of history but a testament to Graeme’s passion for classic cars, custom restorations, and engineering excellence.

Graeme took this classic to the next level by integrating a Mazda MX-5 engine, giving the Morris Minor a unique blend of vintage charm and modern performance. The entire restoration was done with precision, ensuring the vehicle was fully engineered and compliant with all modifications, including the custom engine, wheels, and brake system, as licensed by the Department of Transport in Western Australia.
