For entrants, we’ve outlined the important details below to ensure your day runs smoothly.

Event Details for Entrants

• Date: Sunday, 15th September 2024
• Location: Langley Park, Perth City
• Entry Time: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
• Exit Time: After 3:00 PM

All entrants should have received a Celebration of Motorsport/Street Machines & Hot Rods dash pass via email. This is essential for gaining entry to the event and for parking purposes. Please print the dash pass and ensure it is visible on the dashboard of each vehicle in your display, including support vehicles. The City of Perth Rangers will issue fines for illegal parking, so it is vital that you comply by having the dash pass displayed at all times.

If you’re part of a club entry, kindly distribute a copy of the dash pass to all your members to avoid any inconvenience. In addition, ensure all details you have provided are accurate. If you did not receive the three necessary attachments in your email, please contact the event organizer as soon as possible.

The three attachments you should have received are:

1. Your dash pass.
2. Langley Park exhibitors map with Legend.
3. Tarmac West map, showing how to get to the event and trailer parking areas.

For those needing printing services, some local public libraries offer mobile printing services, and several are open on Saturday mornings. This can be a convenient option for those needing last-minute printing.

Perth City Cruise for Hot Rods & Street Machines

A special highlight of the day is the Perth City Cruise for Hot Rods and Street Machines, limited to 100 cars. All online registered entrants with a road-registered vehicle are eligible to participate in this exciting cruise.

• City Cruise Line-Up: A call will be made at 11:00 AM over the loudspeaker for all cruise participants to line up. The first 100 cars in line will be allowed to take part in the cruise.
• Route: The cruise will follow a designated route through the city, with Tarmac Marshalls positioned on street corners to direct the vehicles.
• Important Note: Drivers are cautioned not to spin their wheels or engage in any unsafe driving behaviors during the cruise. Police will be patrolling, and anyone caught breaking these rules will have their vehicle removed from the event, which could result in the entire cruise being canceled.
