In this episode, Aussie Garage headed south of Perth to the beautiful country town of Waroona, home to one of WA’s favourite automotive gatherings — the All Australian Car Day at the Waroona Showgrounds.
Each year, this event brings together a stunning variety of classic and modern Aussie-built rides, and 2025 was no exception. From restored classics to high-horsepower muscle machines, the Waroona oval was rumbling with iconic vehicles as owners cruised in to show off their pride and joy.
Aussie Cars, Country Vibes
There’s something special about country car shows, and Waroona nailed it once again. The community spirit was strong, with locals turning out in big numbers to support the event. The vibe? Relaxed, friendly, and full of admiration for Australia’s motoring heritage — with the occasional gust of wind trying to launch our Aussie Garage marquee into orbit!
Market stalls added an extra layer of fun for families and visitors, proving that the day wasn’t just about cars — there truly was something for everyone.
Clubs, Builds & Catch-Ups
Car clubs were out in full force, lined up in neat rows that made walking through the event feel like stepping through a living museum of Aussie automotive history.
And after three years of running Aussie Garage, it was a treat to catch up with so many familiar faces. We’ve met countless passionate builders and collectors over the journey, and events like these are the perfect place to reconnect and see what’s new — whether it’s a fresh restoration, a custom mod, or a brand-new project on the go.
There’s always something inspiring about chatting with fellow enthusiasts, hearing the stories behind their rides, and sharing the journey of keeping Aussie car culture alive and well.
